Fairly standard hotel, no real complaints. It's pretty big, and the soundproofing isn't great so we could hear people in the corridor and opening and closing doors to other rooms. Bathroom and shower were decent (shower in bath rather than separate), bed was large and comfy. The room had AC which wasn't the case for everywhere else we stayed on our Ireland trip. The car park was big enough so we didn't struggle to park. There were a few shops in walking distance, but I imagine most people would choose this location for it's proximity to Galway and the coast. We only spoke to a few members of staff and didn't eat at the restaurant, but they all seemed polite and friendly enough. We went to the bar one night and there was some live music which was nice, and there was a good selection of drinks at a probably average price compared with the surrounding area and Galway.

My wife has visited the Hotel before and i was intrigued by the nesting Crows surounding the treetops. The facilities are excellent.

Beautiful view of the lake! The property was amazing. I would recommend staying here. FYI - Most rooms do not have AC, but not 100% necessary.

Very convenient to city centre . Clean and comfortable. Mildew smell in bathroom, but very clean. No way to secure door to prevent toddler egress

Was the perfect place for our Gallway stay. Convenient to everything, charming and clean.
